Alchemy Plumbing

I highly recommend Alchemy Plumbing for your plumbing problems. After Leak Detective found the problems, Alchemy plumbing fixed them all in a day. Alchemy plumbers were superb at explaining and providing images of the problems. They did excellent work for a good price. They were very flexible when one tenant was being uncooperative. I will gladly call them for all my plumbing needs the 1st photo is the leaking valve the others are the repair for the leaking valve and the primer valve that was leaking under the floor in the crawl space and is now up to code

I talked with Jaime and quickly got scheduled. Josh arrived, was extremely professional, and ready to get to work. He was quick to find a leak I could never have found on my own, probably saving me from hundreds and hundreds more in additional drywall damage. Both of them are life savers and I would hire Alchemy again in a heartbeat. Hopefully better late than never, I thought I had left a review for work done in 2023, but I realized I must have not posted it.

Anthony and Steven were amazingly helpful. They were able to come within the hour of calling and spent 1/2 a day trying to unclog a very deep clog in the pipes. They were successful, super communicative and clear. They were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable knowing they could handle the job. I was referred to Alchemy Plumbing by our previous realtor. I would definitely use their service again.

As a general contractor, I have been able to work with many different tradespeople and it gets tiresome trying out new people again and again. I have a short list of things I look for when working with any subcontractor for a job: Are they clean and presentable? Do they show up on time? Do they provide a written estimate detailing everything they will provide? Are they licensed and bonded in good standing? Once contracts are signed, do they do what they said they were going to do? Alchemy Plumbing exceeds my expectations. Either my expectations are too low, or they are just that good. From answering my calls, scheduling an estimate and on to rough-in, they have been so easy to work with. Justin and Chase have both been polite, dedicated and detail oriented. On top of showing up on time, they asked questions, communicated their schedules and even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I am looking forward to having them back out to finish installation and I can't wait to bring Alchemy Plumbing along to my next job. Keep raising that bar!

I called today and Alchemy happened to have availability to come out today. Justin was great! He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options for pricing. Ended up quoting a few things for us and for sure we will have them back to finish the other items on our list. It was great to get this done so quickly and efficiently! Thank you!

Alchemy Plumbing 🤗 is my new best friend! I had a guest clog our toilet with “flushable wipes” (don’t ever use those) And Alchemy Plumbing 🤗 sent someone out the very next morning took care of the clog and cleaned up after, so we were ready for our next guest! Helpful, conscientious, great communication. I will definitely call them back the next time I’m in need of a plumber! A+ Service

Not one to leave alot of reviews but when experience with a company and its' employees warrants it i feel it necessary. I had a leak from a 2nd story bathtub that caused water to leak from 1st floor ceiling. Very next day after it was noticed it was fixed. Justin was Alchemy Plumbing employee sent to do repair and he was an absolute pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. Repair was done and tested and also performed an inspection of rest of plumbing of house at my request. Provided a detailed report of even the smallest things so I can address them before they became larger items of concern. So my thanks to Justin and Alchemy Plumbing for job well done.
